Choose a Homepay-accredited builder, secure your Homepay loan through a licenced mortgage broker and pay your deposits as normal. It’s time to get your dream build ready for construction!

Build with 12 months of paused repayments
Your construction loan repayments are paused for up to 12 months on build AND land.
This helps you manage the transition from your current home to your new build with reduced financial overlap. Any interest from this period is simply added to your loan and repaid over the remaining loan term as normal, it’s as simple as that.
This can help avoid the strain of funding your existing mortgage and a new construction loan at the same time.

Completion and rent commencement
Move into your new home once construction is complete. After the 12-month pause ends, normal repayments commence.
Plus if your builder finishes in under 12 months from loan settlement, you can choose to start your repayments earlier or continue to use the full 12 month pause! The choice is yours!
